MEMBERS OF THE CULINARY ASSOCIATION OF SANTA CRUZ DEL NORTE ARE PARTICIPATING IN GOURMET FESTIVAL 2016

images_323Members of the Culinary Association in Santa Cruz del Norte together with the workers of the bar-restaurant “Los Amigos” are participating in the eighth edition of the Festival Varadero Gourmet 2016 that begin today, April 20th.
The Chef Asnay Delgado explained that the proposal of the menu to present in the event exhibits a balanced combination among meats, fish and shellfish; what constitutes attractive delights to the palate. He added that they also will expose a plate “Suprema de pollo caleta de Chipriona”, identified with Santa Cruz del Norte.
The competitive contest will take place in the American Square of the most beautiful Cuban beach. This event constitutes one of the excellent samples of the culinary art in the country, where representatives of the state and private sectors compete for the reward of the gastronomy.

La propuesta del menú a presentar en el evento exhibe una equilibrada combinación entre carnes, pescados y mariscos. Lo que constituye, según explicó el Chef santacruceño, Asnay Delgado, atractivas delicias al paladar.
Los culinarios del territorio asistentes a la octava Edición del Festival Varadero Gourmet 2016, expondrán, además de la carta acordada un plato identitario de Santa Cruz del Norte con el sugerente seudónimo de “Suprema de pollo caleta de Chipriona”.
El certamen competitivo tendrá lugar en la Plaza Americana de la playa más hermosa de Cuba. La cita constituye una de las excelentes muestras del arte culinario en el país, donde representantes del sector estatal y particular compiten por el galardón de la gastronomía.
